ABOUT THE JOB

As a Program Manager, you will be one of the driving forces in the development of innovative digital solutions for some of Denmark’s most exciting clients across industry-leading platforms within Commerce, Order management, CMS and more. You will join a fast-growing team of experienced business consultants, experience designers, project managers, developers, and quality experts - all together, striving to innovate the classic project model, both in how we work with clients and collaborate internally. Our top focus is always on helping our clients succeed, and we believe team spirit and looking out for each other are key to our ongoing success.

As a Program Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing project management, organising, and monitoring multiple projects and development teams, while ensuring deliveries within time, budget, and scope.

• Deciding on suitable strategies and objectives for the programs.

• Ensuring a great team spirit within project teams and coaching project managers.

• Building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Developing roadmaps and project plans together with Client Directors, supporting negotiations, handling conflicts, and assisting clients in change management processes.

• Collaborating with the Director of Operations and Delivery managers to continuously optimize processes and implement actions that improve the department’s productivity and quality.

The ideal candidate brings the ability to motivate and inspire the people around them, along with a talent for working methodically and creating clarity, even in the most complex and challenging projects.

Additionally, we expect you to

• Have experience leading digital projects from the agency and/or consultancy side.

• Can document a minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, development teams and customer advisory on IT projects, preferably within e-commerce.

• Possess technical understanding and/or experience with technical projects, preferably related to e-commerce (PIM, ERP, CMS, digital marketing tools, etc.)

• Understand digital marketing and UX & Design.

• Have a strong ability to connect business and IT.

• Have experience with SCRUM.

• Hold a relevant higher education (e.g., MSc in Business, IT, HD, or similar)

Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
