ABOUT THE JOB

As Digital Design Lead, you will be part of our ambitious design team developing and deploying outstanding experiences, identities, and design systems for some of the Nordics’ leading brands. 

You will play a central role in leading design projects from strategy to execution, ensuring strong visual quality and innovative concepts while fostering collaboration across disciplines. In close partnership with strategists, UX designers, business consultants, and developers, you will create solutions that balance customer needs, business goals, and cutting-edge technology.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Take ownership of design direction on key projects and guide teams toward high-quality outcomes.
• Translate research, strategy, and project goals into compelling visual and interactive solutions.
• Develop and evolve interactive prototypes, brand identities, and scalable design systems.
• Ensure design consistency across platforms, channels, and touchpoints.
• Act as a thought leader, bringing fresh perspectives and inspiring colleagues with new trends and creative approaches.
• Contribute actively to our design culture by mentoring colleagues and helping shape the future of design at IMPACT.
• Be curious, challenge the given, and continuously strive for innovation.

YOUR PROFILE

As Digital Design Lead, you combine strong design craft with leadership and collaboration skills. You are passionate about creating and evolving outstanding digital experiences and thrive when you can set direction and raise the creative bar.

We expect you to have:

• A portfolio that showcases visually strong, well-crafted digital design solutions across platforms.
• Solid experience with relevant software (for example Figma, Webflow, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong presentation and communication skills, you can sell ideas and build trust with clients and colleagues.
• A structured and systemized approach with attention to detail.
• The ability to navigate agile projects and adapt when needed.
• +5 years of experience in digital design, ideally from an agency or consultancy environment.
• Experience in leading design projects or mentoring others.
• Interaction and/or motion skills are an advantage.
• Curiosity for new design trends and emerging technologies.
