Are you ready to shape the future of innovation and customer experience in the B2B space? At IMPACT, we are looking for a visionary Innovation & CX Director who thrives at the intersection of design, strategy, and technology, passionate about driving transformation for proud Manufacturing and Distribution companies.
In this role, you will set the agenda for innovation and CX, crafting exceptional digital journeys, reimagining service models, and driving measurable business impact. The mission is to lead the transformation of customer and employee experiences, fueling engagement, efficiency, and revenue growth.
As a Innovation & CX Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a trusted advisor for top clients — leading workshops, presentations, and strategy sessions.
- Redefining the B2B sector with data-driven insights and innovative digital services.
- Driving the future of ecommerce and digital design, championing emerging technologies like AI, AR/VR, and beyond.
- Translating insights into game-changing product and service innovations.
- Crafting and championing a clear CX vision across all channels and touchpoints.
- Aligning client business goals with IMPACT’s cutting-edge offerings.
- Leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary team of UX’ers, designers, strategists, and researchers.
- Building an inclusive, collaborative, and relentlessly innovative team culture.
- Overseeing end-to-end innovation processes: research, design, CX mapping, and optimization.
- Creating demand for CX and selling the value proposition together with client leads and sales.
This role shapes the Innovation & CX vision for IMPACT by defining frameworks, processes, and concepts that influence industries while commercializing innovation through pitches and strategic client partnerships. You will have the autonomy to innovate boldly, the support to deliver big, and the chance to leave a real mark on the industry.

YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for a customer-centric and strategically minded leader, unafraid to challenge conventions. You lead with empathy, creativity, and accountability, always putting people and progress at the center. A person with a design-driven mindset, that see opportunities where others see limitations. Someone who combines commercial understanding with creative vision and knows how to turn strategy into tangible business results.
The ideal candidate masters Client Engagement, acting as a trusted advisor for key clients while driving workshops, strategy sessions, and initiatives that translate insight into measurable impact. A proven ability within Innovation & Product Design is equally important in shaping the future of ecommerce and digital experiences, exploring new technologies such as AI and AR/VR, and transforming data and insight into meaningful solutions.
Strong Strategic Leadership & Team Management capabilities are essential, as the role calls for someone who can define and maintain a clear CX vision, align business goals with strategic offerings, and lead multidisciplinary teams in a collaborative and innovative culture. Finally, an Entrepreneurial Drive is key to succeed in taking ownership of end-to-end innovation processes, raising the bar for quality and impact, and contributing to commercial growth through CX value creation.
We expect you to bring:
- 8–10 years of experience in digital innovation, UX/UI, digital strategy, or ecommerce.
- Minimum 3 years in senior leadership with a proven record of success.
- A portfolio of digital experiences that demonstrate commercial and creative impact.
- Experience from an agency or consultancy managing complex, multi-client engagements.
- Deep knowledge of UX, UI, research, and ecommerce best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Figma or similar tools and experience with journey mapping.
- Bonus: insight into A/B testing, omnichannel journeys, or emerging tech such as AI and AR/VR.
Success in this role is defined by your ability to combine innovation with measurable results, keeping clients satisfied, partnerships long-lasting, teams inspired, and business growth continuous.
