As Shopify Tech Lead your responsibility will be to take ownership of projects, inspire, and train colleagues and clients while growing a portfolio of the best Shopify-powered stores across Europe. So, what you will be doing?

• Architect Scalable Shopify Solutions: Design and implement high-performing, scalable solutions tailored to our clients’ needs, with a focus on optimization, security, and seamless integrations.
  
• Mentor and Empower Teams: You’ll share your Shopify expertise with internal teams and clients, helping them navigate complex challenges and driving innovation.
  
• Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with project management, development, and business teams to align technical solutions with business goals, ensuring timely delivery of exceptional e-commerce experiences.
  
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with the latest Shopify trends and updates, using your knowledge to push the boundaries of what’s possible and continuously improve the solutions we deliver.

You will be integrated into Portugal IMPACT Commerce Unit, but working across different projects in the group. This will be a fully remote job role.

YOUR PROFILE

As Shopify Tech Lead, you are experienced in e-commerce solutions, with expertise in Shopify and Shopify Plus. Additionally, we are looking for someone who has:

• 5+ Years of Experience in e-commerce solutions, with expertise in Shopify. You're experienced with architecture and implementation - handling both development and configuration with ease.
• Shopify Ecosystem Expertise: In-depth experience with Shopify’s tools and integrations (Shopify Pay, POS, OMS, etc.) and the ability to design and implement custom integrations and APIs.
• Strong Consultancy Skills: You’re comfortable guiding both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing strategic advice, and helping teams make informed decisions.
• Fluent in English: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing you to clearly explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences
  
• Travel-Ready: Willing to travel to collaborate with clients and teams on-site when needed.
