In this role, you will be the strategic force behind our business, architecting solutions across various technologies and business functions for the advancement of marketing initiatives. You will work directly with companies and market leaders across the Nordics and Europe, designing and implementing martech ecosystems that drive measurable business growth. So, if you have a knack for bringing together disparate stakeholders and aligning technology with business strategy, we want you on the team. 

Moreover, your key areas will be 

• Master Technology Management
  Optimize and consolidate martech stacks, evaluate emerging platforms, and design integration strategies that create seamless customer experiences.
• Drive Strategic Leadership
  Lead technology strategy development that aligns marketing investments with business growth objectives. You'll analyze client needs, identify opportunities, and architect comprehensive solutions that deliver measurable ROI.
• Champion Change Management
  Develop user adoption strategies and training programs that ensure successful technology implementations. Your focus on the human side of technology will drive long-term client success.
• Foster Collaboration
  Coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor junior consultants, and ensure seamless project delivery. Your leadership will strengthen both client relationships and internal team capabilities.
• Lead Innovation Initiatives
  Assess emerging technologies, design pilot programs, and help clients stay ahead of market trends. You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of martech within our client portfolio.

YOUR PROFILE

To join us as Senior Martech Consultant, we expect you to have degree within Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in martech consulting, marketing technology, or strategic marketing roles.

Additionally, we expect you to bring

• Technical Expertise
  Deep knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and customer data management solutions. Experience with CDPs, attribution modeling, and marketing data architecture is highly valued.

• Leadership Excellence
  Proven track record of influencing stakeholders at all levels, managing complex change initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams through technology transformations.

• Communication
  Mastery Outstanding presentation and technical writing skills with experience presenting to executive audiences. You can distil complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations.

• Strategic
  Mindset Strong analytical thinking combined with creative problem-solving abilities. You understand how marketing technology drives business outcomes and can design solutions that scale.
