Service & Operations Assistant (Student Assistant Job)
ABOUT THE JOB
As Student Assistant within IMPACTs Operational Center, you will become part of our committed and dedicated Service & Operations team, and be reporting to IMPACT's Manager, Service & Operations. Together with the team, you will be responsible for ensuring stable operations for our clients, troubleshooting alerts, handling incidents and fulfilling service requests of varying kinds.
The position is 10 hours +/- weekly, where you will have various daily assignments covering areas such as coordinating tasks with clients and developers, setting up monitoring, improving and documenting processes.

YOUR PROFILE
As Service & Operations Assistant, you are experienced within customer interactions, and customer support. Bonus if you already have experience around cloud technologies, troubleshooting, AI or project management. You yourself are passionate about helping your customers and colleagues in tasks both large and small.
If you already have experience with the following, bonus. However, no worries, you are also here to learn:
Handle incoming tickets from clients with confidence
Respond to alerts and events
Perform troubleshooting in relation to incidents and help identify root causes
Set up monitoring for various web technologies
Help improve processes both internally and for our clients.
ITIL terminology, Service Desk systems, web development and AI.
We are looking for a team member, who can contribute to a fun and healthy everyday culture at IMPACT while ensuring a high standard of work in collaboration with your colleagues.
At last, we imagine you have 1-3 years experience within IT operations or support. Additionally, you could have an educational background within IT, Web development, Information studies, Communications.
