ABOUT THE JOB

Impact Commerce is on a mission to redefine how businesses grow through AI. We’re looking for a Senior AI Director who can bridge cutting-edge technology with real commercial impact—turning AI into measurable business value for our clients across the Nordics.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll define our AI vision, build next-generation offerings, and work directly with clients to transform their commerce capabilities.

As AI Director, you will lead Impact Commerce’s AI transformation across client engagements, products, and internal operations. You will combine strategic leadership, technical depth, and commercial acumen to deliver scalable AI solutions that drive revenue, improve customer experience, and enhance operational efficiency.

We expect you to:

Lead AI Strategy & Innovation

• Define and execute the AI vision and roadmap for Impact Commerce

• Stay ahead of trends across GenAI, LLMs, personalization, predictive commerce, and automation

• Identify and build scalable AI accelerators and offerings

Drive Commercial Impact

• Develop AI-driven use cases that improve conversion, retention, and revenue growth

• Partner with commercial teams to scope, sell, and deliver AI solutions

• Quantify and communicate ROI and measurable business outcomes

Own AI Architecture & Delivery

• Define end-to-end AI architecture and solution design

• Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of AI solutions

• Make build-vs-buy decisions and manage key technology partners

Build & Lead Best-in-Class Teams

• Recruit, lead, and mentor AI, data science, and ML talent

• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and responsible AI usage

• Upskill broader teams in AI literacy and applied AI

Influence Clients & Market

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders

• Lead workshops, strategy sessions, and executive presentations

• Represent Impact Commerce through thought leadership and keynote speaking

Ensure Responsible AI

• Drive ethical AI principles, transparency, and compliant data usage

• Align solutions with legal and governance standards

YOUR PROFILE

As Senior AI Director, you have proven experience in AI, machine learning, and/or data-driven transformation. Track record of linking AI initiatives to commercial outcomes and business KPIs. Experience in consulting, digital transformation, or high-growth environments
