ABOUT THE JOB
Vil du være med til at skabe en professionel og imødekommende hverdag hos IMPACT Commerce? Vi søger en struktureret og serviceminded kollega til en rolle, hvor køkkenet er omdrejningspunktet kombineret med lettere receptions- og kontoropgaver. Du får en essentiel funktion for hverdagen og er med til at sikre, at vores kontor fungerer optimalt i det daglige rent praktisk såvel som professionelt. Du bliver ansigtet udadtil og samtidig en vigtig del af den gode stemning internt.
Dine opgaver vil blandt andet være at
Forberede og servere frokost samt stå for oprydning og rengøring efterfølgende.
Sørge for opfyldning af kaffe, drikkevarer og morgenmadsprodukter.
Rengøring af køkken og vedligehold af fællesarealer og toiletter, så de altid fremstår indbydende.
Koordinere catering, indkøb og øvrige praktiske leverancer.
Hjælpe ved interne arrangementer og sociale events.
Samtidig bidrager du til, at kontoret fungerer optimalt i hverdagen ved
Koordinering & klargøring af mødelokaler.
Bestilling af kontorartikler og holde styr på lager.
Understøttelse af onboarding for nye medarbejdere og diverse ad-hoc opgaver.
YOUR PROFILE
Du er imødekommende, mødestabil og trives med at skabe gode rammer for andre. Du arbejder struktureret, tager ansvar og har øje for detaljen. Du kan både bevare overblikket og tage fat, når der skal løses praktiske opgaver.
Du er diskret og professionel i din tilgang og bidrager med positiv energi til kontorets kultur. Det falder dig naturligt at skifte mellem praktiske opgaver i køkkenet og lettere administrative opgaver.
Egen bil er et plus.
