ABOUT THE JOB

This is your unique opportunity to play a central role in defining digital roadmaps, nurturing high-level relationships, and steering complex programs with purpose and clarity. You will own client relationships and lead the charge on consulting engagements, while partnering with C-level leaders (CDOs, CMOs, CIOs, etc.), identifying new growth opportunities and ensuring project success and stakeholder alignment. Working hand-in-hand with our delivery teams, you will help clients unlock the power of digital to meet their ambitions - today as well as into the future.

·         Lead the charge on high-impact consulting engagements in the fast-evolving worlds of B2B, retail and omnichannel.

·         Fuel growth by spotting and seizing opportunities to expand client partnerships through smart cross- and upselling initiatives.

·         Be the trusted voice that digital leaders turn to guiding C-level decision-makers and middle managers alike with confidence and clarity.

·         Inspire and align teams by orchestrating complex projects, delegating with purpose, and creating a collaborative, energized environment.

·         Pitch ideas that win, shaping standout business proposals that captivate clients and deliver measurable results.

·         Own the outcome—driving satisfaction, retention, and performance across a portfolio of clients generating €1–5M+ annually.

YOUR PROFILE

You are experienced within leading complex digital commerce transformations, driving strategic consulting across B2B, retail and omnichannel landscapes, while building strong, trust-based client relationships.

Thus, we expect you to demonstrate

·         A strategic mindset with strong communication and analytical skills

·         A natural connector who builds trust with clients and teams alike

·         Experience with omnichannel, loyalty, personalization, and digital transformation

·         Proven ability to drive business development and innovation

We imagine you have 5-8 years' experience in management consulting or project/program leadership with a strong focus on Commerce. Additionally, you could have an educational background within IT, business, finance, or management (BSc or MSc).

Finally, we are looking for a colleague and team member who can contribute to a fun and professional work environment at IMPACT while ensuring a high standard in collaboration with your colleagues.
