ABOUT THE JOB
As Executive Search Professional, you will become part of our self-driven People & Culture team, reporting directly to our Group CPO. Your core responsibility will be to drive sharp and strategic search processes for senior and executive roles across the Nordics, supporting our business growth by securing the right people in the right positions.
You will operate as a trusted partner to leadership, balancing hands-on search with market insight and evaluation - from identifying key talent to driving outreach, engagement, and evaluation with the precision of an experienced executive search professional.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will span across executive search, proactive talent mapping, candidate engagement, and strategic collaboration with business leaders. More specifically, you will have various daily assignments covering areas such as:
- Leading executive search processes through outreach, insight, and building top-tier talent pipelines.
- Conducting direct outreach and first-contact interviews with senior candidates.
- Building tailored search strategies and market maps for key roles.
- Monitoring Nordic talent movements and delivering actionable insights
- Evaluating candidates through structured interviews and assessment tools
- Creating clear candidate overviews for hiring managers and panels.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders on talent pipelining and strategic hiring needs.
- Supporting People & Culture initiatives within recruitment.
YOUR PROFILE
As our new Executive Search Specialist, you bring a sharp headhunting mindset and a strong grasp of executive search. You know how to identify and engage top-tier talent, build trust with senior stakeholders, and navigate complex hiring processes with structure and insight.
In addition, we expect you to have:
- Experience from 5+ years in executive search or headhunting, preferably from a specialized agency.
- Understanding of executive search, and structured recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of the Nordic talent market and an active network within relevant industries.
- Communication skills that allow you to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and candidates.
- Structured approach in how you assess, qualify, and document candidates using interviews and evaluation tools.
- Collaboration skills that make you a trusted partner to hiring managers throughout the process.
- Proactivity in building pipelines, market insight, and staying ahead of hiring needs.
- Professionalism and integrity when representing IMPACT in high-level and discreet engagements.
- Familiarity in working with recruitment systems and search tools to manage outreach and candidate flow.
