ABOUT THE JOB
As GTM Lead, you will become part of our driven and innovative Commercial Development team, reporting to IMPACT’s Group Commercial Development Director. You will play a central role in connecting strategy with execution across IMPACT’s commercial efforts, translating go-to-market strategy into clear execution plans and campaigns that build awareness, engagement, and pipeline across the Nordics.
Being a strategic connector, working across marketing, sales, product, and customer success, you will be responsible for turning business goals into actionable go-to-market plans. And with a brand-first mindset, you will ensure our campaigns are insight-driven, well-coordinated, and consistent across all touchpoints. Furthermore, you will be the single point of knowledge for go-to-market efforts, driving clarity, ownership, and momentum in everything from campaign planning to brand positioning.
In addition, you will have various daily assignments covering areas such as:
- Translating commercial strategy into GTM plans and execution frameworks.
- Coordinating multichannel awareness campaigns across digital, content, paid, and events.
- Aligning messaging and positioning across all customer touchpoints.
- Monitoring markets and competitors to refine positioning and narrative.
- Acting as central point-of-contact for GTM alignment across sales and marketing.
- Using insight and market intelligence to refine tactics and narratives.
- Supporting readiness, enablement, and knowledge sharing across commercial teams.
At the core, you will become a collaborative driver who thrives on bringing people and plans together, all while safeguarding both quality and strategic intent.
YOUR PROFILE
As GTM Lead, you bring a strong blend of strategic thinking, hands-on marketing execution, and cross-functional collaboration. You know how to translate commercial goals into clear, actionable go-to-market plans, and you have the experience to see them through with structure and precision. You understand the power of positioning, and you are comfortable driving both messaging and momentum across teams.
In addition, we expect you to:
- Demonstrate strong strategic marketing acumen and the ability to turn business objectives into executable plans.
- Manage multichannel campaigns across digital, content, paid, and events with confidence and creativity.
- Navigate cross-functional environments and collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Craft compelling narratives that resonate with B2B audiences and support commercial positioning.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using relevant tools and data
- Be familiar with digital platforms, campaign tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
We imagine you have 5+ years of experience in go-to-market, marketing strategy, or commercial enablement roles - ideally in both B2B and B2C, or tech-driven environments. A background in demand generation or product marketing is a plus, and you thrive in fast-paced, matrixed organizations where clear communication and coordination are key.
