ABOUT THE STARSHIP

At IMPACT we consider our interns our new STARS. Therefore, we offer you the opportunity for a versatile Starship (internship), allowing you to utilize your academic learnings in a professional setting, developing your professionalism, and creating a natural bridge between the classroom and the future job market.

You will become part of a project team full of people, who will be able to assist you, creating a learning environment to support your professional as well as personal learning journey. By joining us, you will be able to use your skills within the area of Backend development, and your primary assignments will include:

• Work with leading edge data and AI technologies

• Learning the processes, ins- and outs of working with system development and code in a larger agency.

• Contributing to your team’s efforts and bridging the knowledge gap.

• Becoming proficient with the tech stack of our projects, most likely phyton, .Net Core, Azure, and other Microsoft technologies.

• Soaking up the vibe of a large office environment.

During the Starship, you will have your development plan designed per your study program, which will help ensure your growth in a professional and fun social work environment. Our experience is that you get the most out of the starship if you can work 37 hours a week, beginning from preferably medio August 2025.

YOUR PROFILE

First, we are looking for someone who would like to be challenged and ready to learn in a dynamic and practical work environment. In addition, we imagine you are studying for a software engineer or a bachelor’s degree in system development with a focus on or interest in AI, and that you are curious, open-minded, diligent, tech-savvy, and just nice to be around.

We will help, support, teach and challenge you, but ultimately you need to be able and willing to take responsibility for yourself, for your continued learning, and your contribution to the team.

Finally, we are looking for a team member, who can contribute to a fun and healthy everyday culture at IMPACT.
