ABOUT THE STARSHIP

At IMPACT we consider our interns our new STAR. Therefore, we offer you the opportunity for a versatile Starship (internship), providing you the chance to utilize your academic learnings in a professional setting, developing your professionalism and creating a natural bridge between the classroom to the future job market.

You will become part of a dynamic and cross functional learning environment to serve as the supportive foundation for your professional as well as personal learning journey at IMPACT. By joining us, you will be able to use your skills within the area of digital design, and your primary assignments will include:

• Gain experience within the design process starting with initial customer interaction, user journeys and insights through design and product implementation.
• Improving communication skills – written, spoken, visual.
• Learn and understand internal and external stakeholder management in terms of digital products.
• Expanding knowledge within e-commerce by creating/implementing unique browser experience.
• Expanding and developing design skills with tools like Figma and Adobe Suite. Unfolding CVIs in the digital space, motion and interaction, and general digital design
• This should result in the ability to take on real projects and bring value to both clients and Impact.

During the Starship, you will have your own development plan designed in accordance with your study program, which will help to ensure your growth in a professional and fun social work environment. Our experience is that you get the most out of the starship if you can work 37 hours a week, beginning from medio August or September 1st 2025.

YOUR PROFILE

We are first and foremost looking for a Star, who would like to be challenged and is ready to learn in a dynamic and practical work environment. You are curious, openminded, and ready to learn. In addition, we imagine you are studying for some sort of digital design degree, and that you are honing your craft and have a demonstrated skill set with relevant design apps (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Protopie etc.). Furthermore, it would be a great add-on if your presentation skills are good and that you can tell the story with your great arguments about your hard work.

At last, we are looking for a team member, who can contribute to a fun and healthy everyday culture at IMPACT.
