ABOUT THE JOB

As SEO Consultant, you will become part of our committed and dedicated Traffic & Insights team and be reporting to IMPACT's Director of Traffic & Insights. Together with the team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional performance across our clients' digital marketing, delivering measurable results and actionable insights.

In addition, you will have various daily assignments covering areas such as:

• Conducting comprehensive SEO audits and developing action plans that align with our clients' goals.
• Collaborating with clients to provide clear, strategic consulting tailored to their unique needs.
• Leading and managing site migrations to ensure minimal traffic disruption and maximum growth potential.
• Strategizing and executing AI-driven SEO automation solutions, optimizing workflows, and staying ahead of the competition.
• Staying at the forefront of SEO trends and continuously improving methodologies.

YOUR PROFILE

As SEO Consultant at IMPACT, we expect you to be an experienced and passionate professional with a proven track record of driving results in SEO. You thrive in dynamic environments and excel at balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Additionally, we expect you to:

• Have minimum 2-4 years of experience in SEO, either from an agency or in-house.

• Be adept at keyword research, on-page, and off-page optimization.

• Demonstrate proficiency in site migrations, ensuring seamless transitions for clients.

• Showcase a solid understanding of SEO automation tools and how AI can enhance efficiency and outcomes.

• Excel at data-driven decision-making, leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms.

• Be a strong communicator with excellent consulting skills, capable of building trust and long-term relationships with clients.

• Be familiar with large e-commerce ecosystems and tools commonly used by larger, more complex enterprises.

• Understand the nuances of SEO for large clients with significant budgets and revenue streams operating on an international level.

• Stay updated with industry trends and adapt strategies to remain competitive.
