Ready to lead the way in digital commerce? Join our visionary B2C unit to transform and elevate cutting-edge solutions for leading brands and retailers across the industry. Collaborating with a skilled and passionate team, you’ll drive success across web, mobile, and in-store commerce, all while fostering a fun, and a collaborative team culture while delivering meaningful results. Moreover, as a Program Manager, you will:

  • Oversee and drive multiple projects, ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery within budget.
  • Develop strategies and objectives to meet program goals.
  • Foster team spirit, coach project managers, and lead by example.
  • Build strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and developing roadmaps to drive their success.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Delivery to optimize processes and enhance team productivity and quality.
     

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a natural leader who thrives in a dynamic team, excels at building customer relationships, and takes ownership of projects with a balance of technical understanding and effective leadership. With exceptional communication skills and a knack for inspiring and motivating teams you excel at bringing structure and clarity to complex projects. We imagine you will bring:

  • 6+ years of experience in project management and client advisory within digital/IT projects (preferably e-commerce).
  • Technical understanding of e-commerce tools (PIM, ERP, CMS, digital marketing).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, UX, and SCRUM methodologies.
  • A relevant degree (cand.merc., Cand.IT, HD, or similar).
  • Bonus: Experience e-commerce platforms.
